A daily commitment, written by people

Keep your team in sync, every day

DailyPulse doesn’t guess what your team is doing. It asks. Each morning everyone says, per project, what they did, what they will do today and what is in their way. Tomorrow, their own words close the loop.

DailyPulse is invite-only for now. New team? Write to hello@dailypulse.ai.

The daily commitment

A promise you write yourself, and keep in your own words

“What will you do today?” is a small commitment. The next time you check in, “What did you do yesterday?” answers it. DailyPulse puts the two side by side, project by project, so the team sees plans and progress as the people doing the work describe them.

Friday’s plan is answered on Monday, not counted as a missed weekend. A question left blank is not a promise.

Tuesday · Billing · What will you do today?

Finish the invoice export.

Wednesday · Billing · What did you do yesterday?

Finished the invoice export and sent it for review.

Both carried word for word. No score, no verdict.

The standup, without the meeting

People answer. DailyPulse does the remembering and the rolling up.

  1. Morning

    Commit

Mood, then for each project: what you did, what you will do, what is in your way and how sure you are.

  2. Minutes later

    Get an insight

AI reads your answers and the last two weeks of them, and points out momentum, risks and recurring blockers.

  3. All day

    Work the queue

Your projects, most neglected first, each showing what you said you would do. One key to say you worked it.

  4. Next morning

    Close the loop

Your check-in starts drafted from what you planned and what you worked on. Read it, fix it, submit.

Work queue

Keep the promise in view while you work

Your projects, most neglected first. Say you worked one or passed on it. Both take a second and both are remembered.

  • Each row shows what you said you would do today, and any blocker.
  • No stopwatch. Nothing to start, stop or forget to stop. Log hours only when you choose to.
  • What you worked on becomes tomorrow’s check-in draft.

Today board

On every team and project: who is at risk or blocked on today’s plan, what would help, and who said they have room to help.

AI insights and reports

A personal insight on every check-in, and scheduled reports that roll up mood and progress across people, projects and teams.

Team analytics

Mood trends, participation and workload at a glance, with organization-wide privacy controls.

Built on what people say, not on watching them

Everything DailyPulse knows, someone chose to write down. No activity tracking, no stopwatch, no productivity score.

  • Your words, never a verdict

Plans and progress are kept as written. Nothing computes whether a promise was “kept”.

  • Your organization’s data stays separate

Each organization’s check-ins are kept apart from every other’s.

  • Private or public, per comment

People decide who sees what they write.

  • Privacy controls for the whole organization
